As a family-owned, Dallas-based business, Nextlots Now has strong ties to the land and people of Texas. We specialize in no-hassle owner financing and personable service. We have affordable lots of all sizes for sale across the state of Texas.
Nextlots has built its reputation on fair prices, low down payments, and financing that fits any budget. We firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to become a landowner, and we’re here to make that dream a reality.
Our History
Nextlots Now LLC was founded by Bea in 2008. Originally from the Río Grande Valley, Beatriz is fluent in Spanish and English. Bea graduated from the University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA) in 1991 with a BS majoring in accounting with a minor in finance and business management, graduating with honors. Bea spent 13 years employed as a senior tax auditor for the State of Texas.
Since founding Nextlots Now, Beatriz has purchased and sold over 2,500 lots and land parcels in 35 counties in Texas. With the dream of making property ownership worry-free and attainable for all, Beatriz has built a business that measures success by client satisfaction. Her clients have a default rate of less than 1%.
Beatriz is a resident of Dallas, where she lives with her husband. Bea also maintains a home in the Rio Grande Valley so that she can be close to her huge extended family and lifelong friends.
