Office Manager
Ashley obtained her degree in Business with a minor in Finance from South Texas College in 2014. She joined the Nextlots team in 2017 as Payments Clerk. Currently, Ashley holds the title of Office Manager. In this role, she works tirelessly to ensure that every process runs smoothly and that our customer response time is unbeatable.
Joanna
Sales Manager
When Joanna began her career with Nextlots as a Research Clerk she was still a high school sophomore! She continued working with us as she made her way to graduation from Ferris High School in 2017. Today, Joanna is our Sales Manager. Her years of experience, steadfast dedication, and insider knowledge allow her to lead our sales team with ease.
Tina
Payments Manager
Tina graduated with honors from the University of Texas-Pan American in 2008. Tina’s degree in Social Work has enhanced her ability to work well with people. Tina joined our team in 2022. Today, she uses her expertise and attention to detail as our Payments Manager.
Justin and Andrew
Demolition and Land Clearing/Maintenance
Justin began his lengthy freelance career at Nextlots in 2008. Skilled at maintaining our lots across the state, Justin also does demolition and land clearing to prep for us. As an avid traveler, Justin works with Nextlots ten months out of each year – taking advantage of the winter break to venture overseas.
Andrew has been working for us since 2021, while simultaneously pursuing his college degree in finance. Along with Justin, Andrew provides us with invaluable land maintenance, clearing, and demolition services. When he’s not working the land or studying, Andrew can often be found hunting and fishing.
